DescriptionCRB Operations – Data Analytics team is looking for a Business Analyst who will provide support via the creation, maintenance, and analysis of reporting. Colleague will be called upon to communicate to all levels of Corporate Operations data analytics recommendations and related changes for process or reporting enhancements.Duties & Responsibilities:Experience with Access, Excel, Tableau, Macros, SharePoint, and Power AppsSource data from various systems/platforms and create effective data analyticsCreate effective reporting using a plethora of data sources, analysis, and visualization toolsAptitude for identifying data improvement opportunities and solutionsAbility to work independently, setting requirements, and prioritizing multiple assignments to meet quality standards and goalsCommunicates clearly through both verbal and written methods with peers, leaders, and other business partners on recommendations, improvements, and initiativesManages multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdheres to bank policies and proceduresExemplifies Huntington values every dayPerforms other duties as assigned.You must be located within the Huntington Bank Corporate office footprintBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree5 or more years of business analyst experience2 or more year(s) of prior experience in data analytics, building reporting, recommending process improvements, and/or trend analyticsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be consideredStrong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced databases, statistical functions, and methodsPrior experience with Access Database managementPrior experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other data toolsPrior experience with VBA, VB Script, SQL, or other coding languagesHighly proficient knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsEffectively develop and deliver presentations at executive levelCapable of driving business outcomes via effective partnerships with colleagues across the enterprisePossess exceptional written and oral communication skillsFlexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detailProven teamwork and ability to collaborate with internal partnersExempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesWorkplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
