Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated Web Developer to help us deliver real client projects while building your own portfolio, experience, and references. This role is fully remote, flexible, and ideal for students, career-changers, or self-taught developers looking for hands-on experience. This role is unpaid.

Build and deploy websites based on real client needs
Work on small to medium web projects (business websites, landing pages, simple systems)
Choose appropriate technologies or frameworks to meet project requirements
Ensure sites are responsive, user-friendly, and functional
Deploy sites to live hosting (Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, or other suitable platforms)
Make updates or improvements based on feedback
Collaborate remotely via chat or short calls when needed

Qualifications

Interest in web development and building real-world projects
Familiarity with any web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, PHP, Python, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Willingness to learn new tools and platforms if needed
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
No formal experience or qualifications required — portfolio work, personal projects, or coursework are absolutely fine.
