Warehouse Order Selector - Night ShiftIf you want a job that keeps you busy and moving, then this is it! This position is responsible for picking orders in the warehouse and staging them on pallets before they are sent out on a truck for delivery. You need to be fast and accurate to ensure that the correct items are selected, and trucks are able to depart on time.$750 Night Shift Hiring Bonus! $250 paid at 3 months, $500 paid at 6 months!Order Selector w/ Pallet Jack (Dry or Perishable Warehouse)This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs. Will pick products as dictated by a pick list using a scanner which gives special instructions on what aisle to go to, which slot to select from and the # of cases or products to pick from each slot.Dry Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $19.50, will be at $21.00 after 90 days, and will then move to piece pay where you have the ability to make $25/hr or more!Perishable Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $20.50, will be at $22.00 after 90 days, and will then move to piece pay where you have the ability to make $25/hr or more!Dry Day shift starts at 7am; starting wage is $18.00, will be at $19.50 after 90 days, with more increase opportunities at 6 months & 12 months!Perishable Day shift starts at 7am; starting wage is $19.00, will be at $20.50 after 90 days, with more increase opportunities at 6 months & 12 months!Note: Dry WH temps range from 40-80 degrees by season, Perishable WH is 29-53 in the cooler, and -10 to 0 degrees in the freezerBenefits:Immediate: Eligible for Paid holidays30 days: Discounted product rates60 days: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance eligibility, 2 PTO days, company paid life insurance90 days: Eligible to contribute to 401k plan180 day: 2 PTO days1 year: 401k match eligibility, 8 PTO days, Company paid Short-Term DisabilityCash-Wa Distributing is a strong, stable and financially smart company.
