We’re seeking a Talent Producer to help shape creator-led storytelling, talent strategy and culturally relevant content across branded entertainment, social and integrated productions. This person will play a key role in identifying the right creators, developing creator-forward ideas and helping ensure the work resonates with modern audiences and evolving content behaviors.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creatively driven environment: part strategist, part culture watcher, part talent expert and part storyteller. We’re looking for someone with strong instincts, exceptional taste and a deep understanding of creators, audience behavior, internet culture and emerging content ecosystems.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Talent Producer with deep expertise in the YouTube ecosystem and a strong point of view on creators, content, and culture. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and casting, responsible for identifying the right creators, shaping creator-led ideas, and elevating the overall quality of our campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who is equally strong in taste and strategy - able to identify the right creators and clearly articulate why they matter.

This is not just a sourcing role. You’ll bring a clear POV on what works on YouTube and confidently guide both internal teams and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead creator sourcing and casting across campaigns, with a focus on YouTube
• Develop thoughtful, strategic creator recommendations based on campaign goals
• Act as the internal subject matter expert, bringing a clear POV on creators, content, and culture
• Lead creator- and talent-led strategy, incorporating data-driven insights, social trends, and platform best practices
• Partner with account and creative teams to shape creator-led ideas and concepts
• Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience, brand fit, and performance
• Analyze creator performance and campaign results to inform future recommendations
• Present recommendations and strategic rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and managers
• Stay ahead of emerging talent and shifts in the creator ecosystem

WHO YOU ARE

• 5-7 years of agency-style experience
• Deep understanding of the YouTube platform (formats, trends, creator ecosystem)
• Proven experience in creator strategy, casting, or influencer marketing
• Strong instincts for identifying the right creators for the right brief
• Ability to translate a brief into clear, strategic recommendations
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or creator partnerships
• Experience using CreatorIQ or similar influencer platforms
• Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting to clients
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage quick turnarounds when needed

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience across TikTok / Instagram in addition to YouTube
• Background in a creator agency, brand, or platform
• Experience working on larger campaigns or productions
