Safety Management: Enforce all safety protocols and regulations on-site, conduct daily safety briefings, perform job hazard assessments, and maintain a safe working environment for all crew members. Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications, identifying and correcting deficiencies before final inspections. Problem‑Solving & Decision Making: Identify and resolve installation challenges in real‑time, make critical decisions on‑site, and elevate complex issues to project management when necessary. Training & Mentorship: Train and develop crew members on proper installation techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation, fostering skill development and team cohesion. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, crew hours, material usage, and project progress, reporting regularly to project management. Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Ability to use hand and power tools safely; basic understanding of electrical systems is beneficial.
