Job Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

As the Restaurant Assistant Manager in West Phoenix, Arizona , you will oversee daily operations and provide guidance to ensure smooth functioning and top-notch guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and working alongside the Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House employees.
• Managing shift operations, including cashiers and cooks, for a smooth guest experience.
• Ensuring consistent product quality and guest service according to company standards.
• Maintaining inventory and food cost management.
• Balancing cash drawers, safe, and credit card transactions daily.
• Ensuring all operational tasks are completed correctly and on time—daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Hiring, training, and scheduling staff to optimize labor costs while maintaining quality guest experiences.
• Participating in hands-on station training and completing required development programs.
• Guiding team members through coaching, recognition, and performance management strategies.
