Help apartment teams turn leasing activity into consistent community performance. HRH Search is recruiting a Regional Property Manager with experience supporting multiple market-rate communities, including properties moving from lease-up into steady operations.
Your focus
• Guide property-level teams and help them resolve leasing and operating challenges.
• Review community performance, identify where support is needed and carry improvements through to completion.
• Help communities move from initial leasing into established operations.
• Use property-management reporting to keep leadership informed and teams focused.
What will help you succeed
• Successful regional or multi-property responsibility within market-rate multifamily housing.
• Experience with lease-ups and a clear understanding of the South Florida rental market.
• Working proficiency in Yardi, with practical use of property data to support teams.
• English and Spanish communication skills suitable for managing staff and resident-facing operations.
