Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting pool area for guests at all times.
Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules.
Assist guests with towels, lounge chairs, and poolside requests.
Set up and replenish poolside amenities and supplies.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all guests.
A friendly, attentive, and guest-focused professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to perform duties, including standing, walking, and lifting when needed.
Prior experience in hospitality or pool service is a plus but not required.
