this role, you will support the day -to -day administrative and clerical
functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations through strong organization,
communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is dependable,
professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
and confidentiality.

Notary and all periphery tasks such as document preparation and scheduling.

and emailing/filing invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.

for office supply purchasing and inventory.
<\/p>
§ <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Petty
cash disbursements and tracking.
<\/p>
§ <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collect,
sign for, and disperse paper mail and packages.
<\/p>
§ <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Order/receive
office water deliveries and maintain related records.
<\/p>
§ <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain
office appearance and straighten conference room daily.
<\/p>
§ <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate
office repairs/maintenance (A/C repairs, service vendors, etc.).
