Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is a rapidly growing healthcare organization supporting patients nationwide through Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other virtual healthcare programs.
We're looking for a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes ownership of results, and knows how to turn qualified candidates into successful hires.
This is a production-driven recruiting role with hiring volumes reaching 50 or more new employees per month, depending on organizational needs. You'll manage a substantial candidate pipeline, leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, and work closely with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals without sacrificing candidate quality.
We believe successful recruiting is about volume, quality, and consistency.
You'll be successful in this role when you can:
Deliver high-volume hiring results , with the ability to achieve 50 or more completed hires per month as staffing demands increase.
Manage a large, active candidate pipeline across multiple clinical and non-clinical positions.
Efficiently screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
Leverage AI-powered screening and recruiting technology to maximize efficiency and candidate engagement.
Maintain accurate recruiting records, timely follow-up, and consistent communication.
Balance speed and hiring volume with candidate quality, job fit, and early employee retention.
