About RapidX RapidX is a rapidly growing provider of portable X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and related diagnostic services across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We deliver diagnostic imaging services directly to patients and healthcare facilities outside of traditional hospital settings. As RapidX continues to expand into new markets and service areas, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing staffing needs. About the Position We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter for immediate hiring -need to support our current recruiting efforts and continued growth. efforts. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling based on recruiting priorities and company needs. Part-time opportunities may begin at approximately 20–25 hours per week . PRN/as-needed and independent contractor (1099) arrangements may also be considered, with hours varying based on assigned recruiting needs and current hiring priorities. The Healthcare Recruiter will collaborate with the RapidX HR team and hiring managers and will be assigned specific job openings, markets, territories, or priority hiring needs based on the Company’s growth and expansion. Once assigned, the recruiter will independently manage recruiting activities for those assignments from candidate sourcing through candidate selection and offer coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and understands that successful recruiting goes beyond posting a job and waiting for applications. Our primary recruiting needs include Mobile X-Ray Technologists, Ultrasound Technologists, and other healthcare professionals throughout New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting activities and candidate pipelines for assigned openings, markets, and territories Manage assigned job postings and recruiting campaigns and recommend updates based on recruiting activity and market response Develop effective sourcing strategies and actively identify qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other recruiting resources Review applications and resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings Evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit for assigned positions Conduct preliminary professional license and certification verification when applicable Maintain consistent candidate communication and timely follow-up throughout the recruiting process Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews and next steps with hiring managers Manage assigned candidates through the selection and offer coordination stage in collaboration with the RapidX HR team Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress, and provide regular pipeline updates Formal written job offers and post-hire activities, including onboarding, training, and credentialing, are managed by the RapidX HR team. Qualifications Previous recruiting experience required Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting professionals in clinical, allied health, diagnostic imaging, radiology, or other healthcare settings is preferred Experience recruiting Mobile X-Ray Technologists, Ultrasound Technologists, or diagnostic imaging professionals is a plus, but not required Proven ability to actively source qualified candidates and produce recruiting results Strong candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and follow-up skills Experience collaborating with HR teams and hiring managers Knowledge of online recruiting platforms, job boards, professional networks, and sourcing strategies Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple recruiting priorities in a remote environment Multi-state recruiting experience is preferred Why Join RapidX?
