Loader/Unloader – 1st Shift 

Spring Hill, FL 34610 

Position Overview

Alliance Workforce is hiring reliable and hardworking Loader/Unloaders for a busy warehouse operation in Spring Hill! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for unloading products from incoming containers, building stable pallets, labeling product, and helping keep the warehouse organized, clean, and running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Unload products from containers and stack them properly onto pallets.
• Build pallets according to designated stacking formations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other motorized warehouse equipment as needed.
• Use equipment such as pallet wrappers, compactors, balers, and motorized conveyors.
• Label pallets with the appropriate destination tags.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Clerks, Managers, and Forklift Operators to move product to the correct locations.
• Maintain proper product flow for stocking and transfers.
• Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, loading, or unloading experience preferred.
• Pallet jack experience required.
• Ability to accurately count and stack pallets.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to understand vendor stock sheets and follow written instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift approximately 40 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including high heat and cold temperatures.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift.

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday,6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $15/hr.  
Location: Spring Hill, FL 34610
